CVS Commit

Taybin Rutkin
Fixed compile warning in client.c.
Changed version 0.100.0 in preperation for release.  All other commits will miss this release.

We decided to call it 0.101.0, remember?  

0.100.0 will confuse people into thinking it's 1.0.0.

I don't know.  You don't think the "lost" release of 0.100.0 will confuse people?  0.101.0 could confuse people into thinking it's 1.0.1.  I think we should just continue with the normal number sequence.

Surprise!

drivers/alsa/usx2y.c: Null-cycle warning message is now issued if on
verbose mode.

I could not resist, I've just had to make this rather innocuous commit,
before it missed Taybin's deadline :)
