My personal jackd output

Hi.  I apologize if there's a fm I didn't r, I couldn't find much, as has been pointed out.
I was hoping some of you could help me find what I need to change.
This is all using qjackctl.  I don't know what much of these things mean, though I've tried to research.  I do know that everyone questions why I turn off realtime (that's the only way jackd doesn't die), so I leave it on when asking questions.
I have Debian x86_64, 2.6.22 with all the RT I know how to put in the kernel config (no patches this time, just configuration as I've been told), jackd 0.101.1-2.
