Windows binary version of latest Qjackctl CVS

Stéphane Letz
Hi Rui,

I've published a Windows binary version of latest Qjackctl CVS on my
jack page : http://www.grame.fr/~letz/jackdmp.html. Hope it's ok?

Stephane
