call for patches

Jack O'Quin-2
I normally keep up fairly well with the patches people post to
jackit-devel.  For the past few months I've been so busy with another
project that I was unable to keep up.  Now it's time to get things up
to date.

I recall that several important bug fixes were posted.  Some have
already been added to CVS, but I suspect most have not.

If you have a patch and were frustrated with the lack of response,
please forgive me.  Like everyone else here, I am a volunteer.
Sometimes other projects interfere.

Now would be a good time to repost your lastest and best version of
each patch, or a pointer to the appropriate archived message.

As always, the many user contributions to JACK are valuable and
much appreciated.

We are preparing a patch that solve some problems we discovered when
testing the API with systematic tests. We are also currently testing
how timing functions behave, especially  when some "disturbing"
events happen: freewheel mode, connections/disconnection, new
clients....
We hope to have something ready in a few days.

Stephane

The jack_server_dir fixes patch is in the patch tracker:

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1330308&group_id=39687&atid=425939

There's 3 other patches in there too, but theyre quite old so I'm not
sure if theyve already been added or not...
