jack dont start

Peace & Health in Jesus Christ

I'm about a trouble to start jack (rosegarnden4 and
ardour need it, for example). If I start with a
commnad line it gives

[21:26:31] Salvador alexandre $ jackd -d alsa -s
jackd 0.99.0

jackd comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY

and if a start wiht qjackctl it gives this message:

you need to supply way more information for us to help you.

This is because qjackctl passed the "mlock" and "realtime" options to
jackd, but it's unable to use them because you're not root and don't
have the realtime LSM installed.
