linux 2.6.11.11 realtime and alsa jack problems

hi ppl,

i had jack working with alsa driver with 2.6.9 and realtime modules but i've
upgraded to 2.6.11.11 and i can't start jack with alsa, only with oss.
everything about sound is in modules. this is the output:

       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

this is the key line. what audio interface hardware are you attempting
to use?
